Foods that support a healthy mind: Omega-3 fatty Acids

The Omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon and flax seeds appear to help in protecting us against Alzheimer's disease and age-related memory loss. Wild Alaskan Salmon is the best, when it comes to salmon, and try to grind the flax seeds yourself to minimize nutrient loss. Other good sources of Omega-3 fatty acids include sardines and walnuts.
